PIFFLA 2018 was another excellent festival. This time it was in the beautiful LATC theater in DTLA. And the best part was wining “Best Short Film- Audience Award” with “Terapia” a short film I produced last year.
Two days, 30 short films and two feature films. An excellent event by Carlos Carrasco and Maia De Zan Hatch. Los Cortos was there with some amazing Cortos

-“Las Hormigas” by Mariana Wainstein
-“Terapia” by Jhonatan Tabares
-“Retiro”by Alejandro Juan Sorin, Miguel Dianda and Nicolas Ferrando
Additionally, Los Cortos presented 3 short films created in VR. Samsung America donated the equipment so people can enjoy this incredible experience.
-“Plomo” by Giulia Jiménez (Venezuela) a 360 3D animation.
-“Frecuencias del Tiempo” (Time Frequencies) by Josué Bernardo Colín (México) a 360 documentary
-“Etiénne” by Tanya Leal Soto/JoltVR (USA-México) a 360 sci fi short film
